Leonard Nimoy & His Alien Voices Bring Halloween To L.A., July 16

LOS ANGELES -- A Halloween Trilogy performed by Leonard Nimoy of "Star Trek" and his Alien Voices Troupe will play July 16 at the Variety Arts Theatre.

Nimoy, John De Lancie and the Group perform a radio-theatre style version of Edgar Allen Poe's The Cask of Amontillado, Rudyard Kipling's The Mark of the Beast, and Oscar Wilde's The Canterville Ghost.

The show will be taped for later broadcast on the Sci-Fi Channel. The company also performed the show July 12 to a sold-out audience.

Seating will begin at 6:30 PM. Showtime is at 8 PM. Admission is free, but reservations are required. The show is at the Variety Arts Theatre, 940 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles. For information, call (310) 394-4493.
